Shipping and Returns

  Shipping & Handling:

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. 

Orders placed before 10 AM EST are shipped within 24 hours, Monday to Friday .  Orders placed on Thursdays after 10 AM EST, and on weekends and holidays are shipped on the next business day. We only ship to the address on your card to protect you from fraud. All orders over $299.00 will require signatures to receive. Presently we ship to the continental United States only.  Transit time begins immediately after shipping and estimated delivery time depends on your preferred carrier.  

Please be advised that FedEx temporarily suspended their money-back guarantee for all FedEx Express services, effective immediately until further notice due to heavy package volume, Covid-19 business closures and weather disruptions.  Pool Parts Unlimited will not be responsible for any delays once your order is picked up by the carrier.

Handling Charges will vary from item to item, and available for review during the check out process.


Returns Policy:

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund of the product(s), less shipping and handling fees.  To make a return,  please email us at to arrange for an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) or simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will send you the return instructions with an RMA number via email. 

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip.   Please take note that returns of  control boards/mother boards, heat exchanger assembly, pump motors, air blowers, chlorine generators, Power Vac pool cleaners and electronic parts/motors and timers are subject to 20% restocking fee.  All items returned are subject to our representative's evaluation.  For pump motors, air blowers, chlorine generators, Power Vac pool cleaners, electronic parts/motors and control boards/mother boards, please contact the manufacturer directly for defects.  The following items will not be accepted for return: All chemicals, cut hose, cut rope, test kits, strips and replacement test solutions, light bulbs, flange bolts, nuts, washers, paint and caulking.

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will send you a prepaid return label via email. If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Items must be returned in the condition they were received, including all labels, hardware, accessories, documentation and packaging materials to avoid a 20% restocking fee. If your package was originally shipped double-boxed, please return the unit(s) double-boxed.  The product should be packed in the original product box with the UPC codes intact. When repacking the product box, avoid using duct tape or other adhesives that can leave a residue on the manufacturer's box.  Any item that has been altered will not be accepted for return. Please use a shipping method that is trackable, such as USPS, FedEx or UPS.   We recommend that you insure your package when shipping it back to us upon purchasing your own shipping labels.  We want you to be covered when things get damaged during transit.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). To ensure your credit is processed as quickly as possible, please follow the instructions above to help you avoid a return adjustment. Remember that if your order was shipped for free under our free shipping promo, the cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from your return credit.  We'll then notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. All refunds will appear on your credit card statement as Bay Central LLC.
